Hello Everyone. I finally have all of the financial particulars. We will be staying at the Sheraton Safari Hotel in Lake Buena Vista on 535. It is the same hotel that we stayed at for our first Temple Trek. The hotel is under a 25 million dollar renovation. It is being changed from just a hotel to a resort. For this reason, the prices are a little higher. Currently, the rooms are going for $152-$179 per night. They are going to let us have the rooms for $99 per night. That is a room with two queen size beds in it. It will sleep up to 4 if you want to share a bed with someone. You can also request a rollaway bed to be put in the room for an additional $15. They also have some junior suites. These suites will sleep up to 8. They cost $159 per night.
The sales manager said that March is busy, so we really need to book the rooms right away. I need to know how many of you are staying in the hotel with us, and I need to know if you have roommates that you want to stay with, or if you would like for me to assign you a roommate. I need to know asap what your status is so I can get the block of rooms reserved at the hotel. This is really important because if we wait too long, we will have to pay full price. They are honoring the price because we stayed there the last time, so we are return guests.
The shirts for the Trek will be $10 for sizes up to XL. If you need a shirt larger than that, it is an extra $1 for each size larger than an XL. So, a 4XL would be $13. I need to know your sizes. We have to order at least 25 shirts.

Double Queen room—$99 (Sleeps up to 4)
Junior Suite—$159 (Sleeps up to 8 )
T-Shirt $10 up to XL, and $1 extra for each size above XL
